Today’s lesson is about the British holiday tradition of Mince Pies.I’ve had several the past few days as they appear everywhere during this festive season. Amy doesn’t care for them (because they usually contain raisins), but I’ve found that I quite enjoy them. Think of them as a larger, albeit with more spices, version of a Fig Newton.
Next up… figgy pudding!!
