I completed my radiation therapy last week. I'm on the road to recovery. I will be in Houston for a few more weeks (probably until end of the month) resting and recovering. I'm getting tired quite easily and still having some pain, but this is normal according to my medical team. We are awaiting a few more test results and follow up appointments, but I'm definitely on the mend.
We've had great weather here in Texas and sunshine certainly helps with the recovery process! I continue to receive notes and phone calls from friends and family and I'm so thankful for the tremendous support system.
Ray is doing a bit of work from the Houston office and it's nice having him here with me during this time. I think we'll continue to take it slow in November, but watch here for our adventures to resume next month!
